The acquisition of the B.I.P. card means to his holder, the total knowledge and express acceptance of all and each one of the conditions listed below, in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions in force.

Term of the B.I.P. card.
The B.I.P. card has a term of 3 months. The aplication period of the B.I.P. card starts at the time of its purchase.
Expiration date appears at the back of the card.
Date as well as personal data of the user will be taken as reference for the aplication of the benefits.
The beneficiary must present a document proving his identity.

Products, free services and discounts, enjoyed and/or used on several occasions at the times established before and under the conditions described in the visitor's Guide.
BAIRES INTERNATIONAL PASS discounts are estimated based on the price of an individual entry and are not cumulative to other discounts or promotions.
If, for any reason, a service provider would not provide an offered benefit or part thereof, this impossibility of access does not give right to partial or total refund of the B.I.P card.
The products and services available through the B.I.P. card can not be refunded in cash. B.I.P. card, even in the event of damage, loss or theft will not be refunded.
In case of faulty use of the B.I.P. card by the holder the pass is blocked. The money is not refunded in this case.
Application of the benefit.

Availability.
The access to benefits is subject to availability from the supplier.
BAIRES INTERNATIONAL PASS is not responsible for unavailability.

Reimbursement of passes.
Once purchased, the B.I.P. card shall not be return.

Altered Pass.
The use of an altered, invalid or otherwise B.I.P. card issued in the name of a diferent person rather than the holder,authorizes the cancelation of the sameas well as a paymentof a fine.
The fraudulent copy of the B.I.P card is prohibited and will be constitute cause for legal persecution.

Change of prices.
The company reserves the right to change prices without previous notice whether or not, they are related to changes in exchange rates.

BAIRES INTERNATIONAL PASS can make free use of your name, address and/or e-mail for their own promotional purposes.

Resignation of responsability.
BAIRES INTERNATIONAL PASS reserves the right to change its policies without previous notice.
The rates and the B.I.P. card information may be amended without prior notice.
BAIRES INTERNATIONAL PASS is not liable for the shortcomings of a product or service that is part of the potential benefits.
BAIRES INTERNATIONAL PASS is not liable for damages or accidents derifrom the products or services offered.
BAIRES INTERNATIONAL PASS specifically disclaims liability for any inconvenience, expense, punitive incidental, consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of business, and others, resulting from errors in the provision of services by providers or their products.
A tourist is a user of BAIRES INTERNATIONAL PASS.
All services and BAIRES INTERNATIONAL PASS transactions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina.
BAIRES INTERNATIONAL PASS can modify the terms and conditions at any time and they will have an immediate effect once posted on the site.
